Then when you recruit your facebook friends and they ‘like’ our page, too, submit an entry form below telling us their facebook name and email address. Every new recruit you sign-up bags you an extra shot in the draw for the Grand Prize pool!

This competition is solely promoted by Specialty Balloon Printers Australia and is in no way affiliated with Facebook.

Residential Restrictions: Residents of Australia and New Zealand only.

Entry Guidlelines: All Entrants are simply required to be a fan of the SBP facebook page – http://www.facebook.com/SBPTeam and then follow the promotion link to the SBP website to fill out a competition specific email database form requiring personal contact information of the user and other users they recruit within the guidelines of the competition. In doing so, entrants state that they are authorized by these other parties to disclose their contact details and that they also agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. SBP will use this contact information, from time to time, to send entrants promotional information via the contact information supplied. Entrants will be provided with, in accordance to the SPAM act, the ability to opt out of email correspondence.

Competition Period: Competition runs from Sep 1^st 2011 to Jun 30^th 2012.

Entry Method: Entry is made by means of individuals logging into their facebook account and clicking the “Like” button on the SBP page. New and existing fans of the page then may follow the promotional link to SBPs’ website where they can complete the official entry form. One entry per person only. The entrant’s initial sign-up scores one (1) draw in ther overall tally and each user they recruit to like the site adds another one (1) draw to their tally—up to a maximum of 500 recruit bonus draws can be accrued for each individual entrant over the course of the competition. Entrants may also participate in daily bonus trivia that can increase their overall count by random amounts of bonus draws offered as the prize for winning according to the terms stated in the specific question.

Draw Details: The overall prize draw is conducted on the first working day after the end of the competition period. The choice of two (2) items from a pool of four (4): Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Apple iPad2, Sony Playstation 3.

Notification of winners: The winner’s name will be posted on the SBP website along with instructions on claiming their prize.

Prize Claim Date and Time: Any prize/s must be claimed by midnight at the end of the month they are announced in. If any prize/s is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date as are necessary to distribute the prize/s, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority. If required by law or any relevant authority, the winner/s will have their name and state of residence published in accordance with the unclaimed Prize Draw Publication Details.

Unclaimed Prize Draw Date: Draws for unclaimed prizes are done on the next working day immediately after the claim date cut-off. Winners are published to the SBP website as per the standard draw.

General: We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such failure is due to the circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on one occasion that does not mean those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.

SBP reserves the right to change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
